The Staff at Western Reserve Plastic Surgery is committed to making the patient feel comfortable, relaxed and informed. It is our position to treat every patient with care. Our staff is continually working to improve upon skills and knowledge through education and participation in events such as the annual American Society of Plastic Surgery meeting.

Sue Kane
Practice Manager/Surgical Assistant/Clinical Coordinator

Sue has a degree in Surgical Assisting and Allied Health Technology from the University of Akron and has over 28 years of experience in various surgical specialties. She has been Dr. Picha’s Surgical Assistant for over 17 years and for the past year has been working in the office as the Clinical Coordinator to provide a continuity of care for a comprehensive plastic surgery experience. Her other interests include coaching, choreographing and judging high level gymnastics, pilates, swimming and snow skiing.


Jackie Rebman
Managing Esthetician/Receptionist

Jackie came to Western Reserve Plastic Surgery from the windy city of Chicago. A native Clevelander, she received her esthetician license at the Brown Aveda Institute. While in Chicago she worked in a dermatologist’s office learning about the skin from the inside and out. She holds a deep interest in the skin care field continually staying informed and up to date with the newest products and services available. She is a vegetarian and practitioner of Pilates. Jackie enjoys time with family and friends, and all things fashion.
