When a patient first contacts Western Reserve Plastic Surgery they can expect to be greeted courteously. We take care in answering all of your immediate concerns. Upon consultation with Dr. Picha the patient will immediately sense a caring and compassionate approach to their expectations. Dr. Picha is precise in his desire to achieve the most rewarding outcome for his patients, offering sound, professional recommendations. After meeting Dr. Picha and agreeing on an approach to treatment our patients are given a complete breakdown of associated fees. We are also able to offer our patients options for financing.

When the decision to have surgery has been made the patient is asked to return to visit with Dr. Picha for a second time to review questions and to

acknowledge possible risks of surgery. Included with the preoperative visit the patient is supplied with any standard garment that may be needed, as well as, herbal supplements to aid in the post surgical healing process.

After surgery, the patient is telephoned both by the surgery facility and by the patient coordinator. The patient has 24-hour-access to Dr. Picha and is followed in the office for several weeks after surgery.
